Self Defense for Women

There is approximately 1 sexual assault every 2 minutes! That's 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!! That is a very unacceptable statistic!

Even more chilling is the fact that every 21 hours there is a rape on an American college campus and in 90% of the incidents the victim knew her attacker!! As a matter of fact, 1 in 4 women will be sexually assaulted during college life on campus!

These statistics should not exist! It is one of our missions to drastically reduce these statistics by teaching women the techniques and principles developed by the IKMF using krav-maga.

This system of Women's Self Defense was developed by krav-maga Master Avi Moyal when the city of Tel Aviv asked him to help during a time when a serial rapist was on the loose. After extensive research including interviewing not only victims but also attackers in prison, Mr. Moyal combined the information and insights gained with his vast knowledge of krav-maga to create this highly effective system.
